1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the EarnAdda platform (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, traders, and affiliates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Platform. By using EarnAdda, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where trading in financial instruments is prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account details to keep them accurate.
• Keep your login credentials (password, API keys) strictly confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them. EarnAdda reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

4. Trading and Investment Risks

Trading in foreign exchange (Forex), commodities, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

We strongly recommend that you seek independent financial advice if you are unsure about the risks involved. Leverage can amplify both gains and losses, and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Market manipulation, insider trading, or any form of price rigging.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or any code that could harm the Platform.
• Attempting to bypass our security measures or reverse-engineer our systems.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior towards other users or staff.

6. Fees and Charges

Trading on EarnAdda is subject to fees, including spreads, commissions, and swap/rollover charges. All applicable fees are clearly displayed on our website and within your trading dashboard before you execute any order. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure from time to time, with notice provided in advance via email or platform notification.

Deposit and withdrawal processing may incur additional charges from third-party payment gateways or banks, which are your sole responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the EarnAdda Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of EarnAdda or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EarnAdda makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or reliability of the Platform, or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information, content, or materials provided.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from using the Platform or the profitability of any trade.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnAdda, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to EarnAdda during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Any outstanding trades, obligations, or liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive and remain enforceable.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Modifications to These Terms

EarnAdda reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date below. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
